Problem Note 40436: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager becomes unresponsive when you use very large models

DetailsAboutRate It

When you use very large models, SAS Real-Time Decision Manager's Single DATA Step Server and Multiple DATA Step Server become unresponsive. When these servers become unresponsive, they continue to generate logs, but do not perform computations or allow campaigns to complete execution successfully. There is no error message associated with this problem.

If these servers become unresponsive, then restart their associated object spawner.

The only way to work around this problem is to use smaller models for your SAS Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns.
